For the price, this hotel was a great find. The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us during our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Mitsukoshi shopping complex and its amazing food court. We were also pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms, which featured traditional tatami mats and basic amenities. Plus, breakfast was included, making it even more value for money.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was delightful.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to the subway station and within walking distance to the Mitsukoshi shopping complex, where you can find a variety of food options in the food court. There are also charming alleyways nearby to explore.
The lobby area can have a stale cigarette smell, which may seep into the rooms.

Traditional Japanese experience in a spacious room with comfortable futons. Friendly staff and close to public transportation and affordable food options.
Limited tea options and thin pillows. Some noise from neighboring rooms.

Spent Easter at a lovely hotel that was clean and had friendly staff who always had a smile on their face. Enjoyed having free Wi-Fi and the convenient washing and drying machines. The location was perfect, close to the subway station and plenty of tasty restaurants. Loved how quiet and peaceful it was, perfect for getting a good night's sleep.
There were no USB ports and the walls were thin, so I could hear my neighbor's alarm in the morning. The room was somewhat small, but manageable.
